It has white-powder appearance, special taste and odor. It is used in food industry and produced after being processed by wet method of the corn and be separated with physical techniques.

Native corn syrup. Polysaccharides in starch milk are converted to glucose by enzymatic hydrolysis and by using this way glucose is converted fructose.

BESAN Nisasta was established at Gaziantep 3rd Industrial Zone on 41.000 m² area, which 26.000 m² of it closed in 2011. Our production facility was completed on May 2012 and started to produce maize starch, glucose (maltose and dextrose) and fructose syrups.
